This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to expedite the appeal proceedings pending in A.P No. 25/2020/D2 on the file of the 1st respondent and dispose the same within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice is dispensed with. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted an appeal to the first respondent against the order of the 2nd respondent. However, since the appeal has not been taken on file, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/4
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within three months, the appeal would be disposed of.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
