PRAYER :- for bail in Crime No. 46 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020 for the offences under Sections 489B and 489C of I.P.C. in Crime No.46 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. The petitioner's earlier petition for bail was dismissed on 06.02.2020. There is no change in circumstances.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is also involved in job racketing. He is said to have a fake ID as if he is an official working in Secretariat. The case is now taking new turn. I am of the view that it is not a fit case for grant of bail.
