This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to 2nd respondent herein to dispose the Original Application No.13 of 2025 filed under Section 64(1) of Tamilnadu HR and CE Act within a stipulated time limit fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 3 to 9, notice is dispensed with. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted an appeal to the first respondent against the order of the 2nd respondent. However, since the appeal has not been taken on file, the present writ petition has been filed. 3/5
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within three months, the appeal would be disposed of.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
