COMMON PRAYER :- for bail in Crime Nos.372 and 370 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2019 for the offences under Sections 380(2) and 457(2) of I.P.C. in Crime Nos.372 and 370 of 2018 respectively on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that as many as 12 cases of the same nature are pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is now said to be based in Kerala. She would express her apprehension that if the petitioner is released on bail, he will abscond.

4. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
