ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to issue ''Non Traceable Certificate' of original sale deed bearing document No. 2404/1995 dated 16.10.1995 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Aarkadu based on the petitioners complaint dated 01.09.2019.

2. The petitioner owned premises in Nanjai Survey No.53, T.S.No.23/1 Part, 3rd block, Aarkadu Village, Aarkadu Taluk, Arakkonam District and the same was purchased by him from one Saravanan on 16.10.1995 by way of registered sale deed vide document No.2404 of 1995. When the petitioner intended to settle the property in favour of one his son, he found the original sale deed missing, therefore he lodged a complaint before the respondent police on01.09.2021 and the same is pending. Even today, the respondent did not trace the same and also failed to furnish Non traceable certificate.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non Traceable Certificate for the original sale deed registered vide document No.2404 of 1995 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated. 23.08.2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
