PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No. 985/A1/2023 dated 17.07.2023, quash the same, further direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue necessary order deploying the petitioner to nearby needy schools in terms of Section 26 of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act.
