This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.13 of 2017 on the file of respondent in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.13 of 2017 and final report has been filed referring the case as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.At this Juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not served RCS notice on the petitioner till date.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the RCS notice on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.2975 of 2020 petitioner and liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
