RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7230 of 2017 dated 15.06.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. POORNA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 17.06.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 18.06.2017 and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioner charged for the offences under Sections 294 (b) and 307 of IPC @ 294(b), 323 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.514 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the

condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
