Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. SEENISULTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

2. The report, dated 20.07.2017 received from the learned Additional District Judge / Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC

and NDPS Act Cases, which reveals the fact that both the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 12.04.2017 to till date i.e on 20.07.2017, as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3571 of 2017, dated 27.03.2017.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
