This petition is filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.174 of 2020, pending on the file of the Additional District Sessions Court No.VI, Madurai.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.174 of 2020 and the said suit was filed by the respondents/plaintiffs for the relief of specific performance. The grievance of the petitioner is that by filing the above suit, the respondents/plaintiffs are not permitting the petitioner to enter into the suit schedule property and therefore, he seeks early disposal of the suit.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents are ready to co-operate with the trial Court for early disposal of the above suit and there is no delay on the part of the respondents.

4.Considering the rival submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.VI, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.174 of 2020, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
