O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take appropriate actions to conduct an effective enquiry and pass a detailed order, directing the Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 to not to receive or register any document without written consent of the Petitioner Company and also to make an entry of the Arbitral Award dated 10.12.2019 in the encumbrance certificate, 4/8

pertaining to the subject properties.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 9th respondent, notice to the 9th respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent several representations seeking to make an entry of the arbitral award dated 10.12.2019 in the encumbrance certificates relating to the subject properties. However, the respondents 5 to 8, failed to take any action. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said prayer.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 8 submitted that, in the event respondents 5 to 8 keep the said arbitral award pending, appropriate instructions would be issued to make entry in the encumbrance certificate.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the 5/8

merits of the matter, directs the respondents 5 to 8 to make an entry of the arbitral award dated 10.12.2019 in the encumbrance certificates relating to the subject properties, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
