ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ relief relating to the technical implementation of railway projects cannot be entertained by the High Court. 2.The expert committee constituted by the Railways will form opinions on the technical feasibility and implementation of the railway project. Therefore, in the absence of any specific illegality or irregularity, the High Court may not entertain the writ proceedings. 3.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
