************* The petitioner, who is presently working as a Headmaster in Panchayat Union Middle School, Kothayam Dindigul District, filed an application to step up his pay on par with his junior. A representation in this regard was submitted on 04.08.2018 along with comparative statement regarding the scale of pay fixed. 2.In view of the fact that the rule contemplates stepping up of pay of senior on par with junior. A representation submitted in this regard is to be considered by the competent authority. 3.In view of the fact that the said representation is pending for about 3 1⁄2 years, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the said representation submitted by the writ petitioner, on 04.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the application along with comparative statement and further documents if any to the respondents, within a period of two weeks on receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With these directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
