ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the premise that the jurisdictional Tahsildar may initiate adverse action against him. The petitioner makes further assumption that he may conclude action without notice to him. The well settled maxim is that the official acts are performed regularly. The Court cannot assume that the jurisdictional authority will not adhere to legal norms. If the Court were to entertain the writ petition on such assumption, there will be no end to filing of cases.

3. If the petitioner has made out the case for interfere at this stage, this Court will not hesitate to interfere. From the materials on record, I am not in a position to come to any conclusion that the petitioner's apprehension are well founded.
