ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner herein based on the complaint, dated 12.02.2021 in Crime No.166 of 2021. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.2851 of 2021 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been regsitered in Crime No.166 of 2021 by the second respondent police. 5.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
