2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to take substitute service by way of paper publication in Malai Malar Tamil Daily, having circulation at Tirunelveli District, where the first respondent having his residence, on or before 07.03.2026.
