ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 7 in Crime No.

14 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the accused have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and threatened with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further that due to matrimonial dispute, all the family members of the husband has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners 2 and 7 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
