ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to pass final order in the appeal in Na.Ka.No.3678 of 2016 dated 12.04.2017 within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.V.Karuna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the third respondent is dispensed with in view of the nature of the order to be passed by this Court.
3.According to the petitioners, the third respondent said to have filed an appeal before the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent subdividing the land in S.F.No.44/7B, Thumpapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Pursuant to the said appeal, the first respondent has conducted enquiry and the first respondent has also issued summons to the petitioners to appear for enquiry. Since no order has been passed thereafter, the petitioners has filed the present writ petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the petitioners as well as to the third respondent and rival parties, if any.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
