ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey and measure four boundaries of the petitioner's land in Patta No.1761 having extent of 3.25 ares in Survey No.337/1A1 at Santhaiyoor Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering her representation dated 08.06.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.KR.Singaravadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathidevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, she claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.337/1A1, Nilakottai Village. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.06.2017 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to survey the land and fix https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

boundaries. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure her land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
