ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for police protection from the third respondent.
2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is the owner of the property. The fourth respondent purchased five cents of land from the petitioner's son-in-law. Civil suit is pending, wherein the fourth respondent is mentioned as the first defendant. The petitioner is the retired Head Master and the fourth respondent threatened the petitioner. Hence, police protection is necessary for the petitioner.
3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that son-in-law of the petitioner sold five cents of land to the fourth respondent. But the fourth respondent failed to pay the sale consideration. A civil suit in O.S.No.11 of 2021 was filed and the same is pending before the Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur. The property does not belong to the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2852 of 2021 that CSR is pending and the civil case is also pending. In view of the above circumstances, there is no necessity for police protection to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
