ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action on the 6th respondent for illegal steps taken by him for stone quarrying 1/3

operation in Survey No.488, Patta No.2712 situated at Kaanarpatti Village, Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.A.Geroge Stephen Kanikkairaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Tilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that no stone quarrying licence has been granted to the 6th respondent. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st to 5th respondents is recorded. After recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that no stone quarrying licence has been granted to the 6th respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
