ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.355 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in S.T.C.No.532 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
