Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :-to enlarge the petitioners/A3 and A4 on bail in the event of arrest in pursuant to the NBW dated 19.06.2017 in P.R.C.No.05 of 2017 and subsequently, the case was split up in P.R.C.No. 25 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli District.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A3 and A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 395 of IPC, in Crime No.123 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to employment purpose, the petitioners were not able to appear before the trial Court during the trial. Hence, NBW was issued. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that during the trial, the petitioners were not able to appear before the trial Court during the trial. Hence, NBW was issued.

4.After hearing the arguments made on either side, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli District, on the next hearing and to file a petition under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., to recall NBW already issued against him. On filing of such petition, the concerned learned sessions Judge is directed to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
