ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.2, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District to dispose the protest petition Cr.M.P.No. 1103/2020, dated 06.03.2020, filed U/s 173(8) of Cr.P.C, by the petitioner in FIR No.174 of 2007 on the file of the respondent Swamimalai Police station, Thanjavur District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the protest petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District without any progress.

3.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District to dispose of the protest petition in Cr.M.P.No. 1103/2020, dated 06.03.2020, filed U/s 173(8) of Cr.P.C within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of.
