ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.4 & 5, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 406 and 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.375 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.09.2015 one Sangili Pandi, Branch Manager, Manapuram Finance lodged a complaint that some unknown persons conspired together and committed offence of robbery by taking the cash amount of Rs.16,54,461/- along with jewels in Manapuram Finance Ltd., Batlagundu by entering into the finance after plucking the locker key from Security by putting a knife on his neck. Therefore, the case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.The case of the petitioners is that they are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and they are is in judicial custody for the past 60 days.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already this Court dismissed the bail petitions filed by the co-accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.22532 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015 and 22412 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015.

5.Considering the gravity and seriousness of the offence and also considering the fact that already this Court dismissed the petitions filed by the co-accused and the investigation is pending, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
