..RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 21.12.2015 in Crl.OP.(MD)NO.24252 of 2015 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)/Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
