Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus to directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in the case and take appropriate action against the persons mentioned in the representation by following the due process of law by considering the representation dt 16.11.2020 and 14.12.2020 of the petitioner. 2.By order dated 21.05.2021, the 7th respondent was directed to appoint an Enquiry Officer to conduct inquiry on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 16.11.2020 and 14.12.2020. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that based upon the order passed by this Court dated 21.05.2021, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Tirunelveli District has been appointed as Enquiry Officer.
4.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), compliance is reported and no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence closed.
