The limited prayer sought in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation seeking for migration order to transfer the primary stage permit of Vehicle No.TN-60-AC-2337 from the Regional Transport Office, Madurai South, to Regional Transport Office, Theni. 2.In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, dated 31.10.2017, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on its https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

own merits and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
