This petition is filed for direction to direct the respondents particularly to induct other remaining nine accused namely 1)Charly Graceinya 2) Kottaisami, 3)Selvam,4)Benito Paulraj, 5) Sebathiyammal, 6)Selvi, 7)Sreenath, 8)Sahamathan, 9) Yesuthiruselvan in the FIR in Crime No. 33 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police and to investigate the case by invoking appropriate penal sections as against the accused. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped and RCS also filed before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
