ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to release the original deed submitted by the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 24.11.2017 before the respondent, requesting him to release the original deeds, but, so far, no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that already the document has been returned to the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits the same.

5.In the above circumstances, there is no further adjudication required in the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
