This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to modify his application for admission for PG Degree/Diploma Medical Courses in Management (including Minority and NRI) quota seats in self-financing medical colleges, session - 2024 - 2025 under NRI quota and to permit him to furnish/upload documents required for admission under NRI quota in third round medical counseling and to include his name in the list of eligible NRI candidate to participate for admission for PG Medical (Management quota) course in third round medical counseling session - 2024 - 2025.
2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent had opened the online portal on 05.02.2025 [yesterday] at 05:00 p.m., and it will remain open until 06.02.2025 [today] at 05:00 p.m. Therefore, the petitioner may be directed to upload the fresh documents required for the NRI Management quota within the said time.
4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to upload the fresh documents required for the NRI Management quota by 06.02.2025 [today], before 05:00 p.m. There shall be no order as to costs.
