RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.6145 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.119 of 2018 dated 27.07.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAJESWARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6145 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.119 of 2018, dated 27.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6145 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.119 of 2018, dated 27.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2231 of 2020 No.6145 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.119 of 2018, dated 27.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
