2.The writ petitioner is an employee in Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Virudhunagar. The second respondent imposed punishment of stoppage of increment for six months without cumulative effect vide order dated 15.10.2017. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the writ petitioner's appeal dated 29.11.2017 on or before 30.04.2018. This writ petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs.
