This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct direct the respondent to file the Final Report in FIR No.289 of 2019 dated 13.11.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and also filed final report before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No. 10 of 2021.
