ORDER:- This Appeal coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 12.12.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Ist Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, vide D.No.629/2020 dated 10/11/2020 this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing O.S.No.47 of 2017.

2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition by order dated 12.12.2018, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.47 of 2017 within a period of six months. Thereafter, the time was extended by another four months for disposal of the said suit.

3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is granted time till 30.04.2021 for disposal of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.A. (MD). No.1156 of 2018 O.S.No.47 of 2017. The trial Court is required to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.47 of 2017 without seeking any further extension of time.
