This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the same on 04.01.2025, as civil dispute. The respondents police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. This Court heard both sides and perused the records. Already the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Page No. 2 of 4

this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
