O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Management challenging the order passed by the respondent herein under Section 14-B of the Employees Provident Fund Act.

2. When the Court questioned the maintainability of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the Presiding Officer before the appellate Tribunal was not available, the writ petition was presented.

3. Now, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer has been appointed and he seeks liberty to file an appeal before the competent forum.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent 2/4

appellate authority. If the appeal is presented on or before 21.07.2025, the same shall be entertained by the Tribunal without any reference to the period of limitation.
