Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 01.05.2017.
2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition as imposed by this Court regularly from 15.05.2017 and the investigation is still pending.
3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of PPDL Act in Crime No.287 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.
4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
