No.3423 of 2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 04.02.2022, FIR has been registered in Crime No.59 of 2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 379 (NP) IPC. 3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2022, within 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
