O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable instructions to include the main named accused persons as per original complaint and statement given by the petitioner in Crime No.358 of 2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. Hence there shall be a direction to the respondent police to investigate the offence against the persons who are also said to have been committed , under section 319 Cr.P.C before the trial court.
