O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent, to give suitable instruction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the representation given by the petitioner against the third respondent, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.18 of 2020 and the parties have been called for enquiry. After due enquiry, the same closed.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
