No 30/2017 and also by considering the representation dated 19.11.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family and property, as per the orders passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham in I.A. No.151/2017 in O.S. No 30/2017. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.30 of 2017, in respect of subject property for permanent injunction. Alleging that the third respondent interfering with the peaceful possession and the civil suit is pending. While being so, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent, for providing police protection.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3421 of 2020 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed on 16.03.2020.

4.Since, the civil suit is pending and the petitioner had already obtained injunction, he can very well approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
