ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to issue a direction to the the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2019, pending on his file, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Suit has been filed by the plaintiff seeking partition and separate possession against 11 defendants. Among the 11 defendants, the defendants 1 to 3 and 9 and 10 remained exparte. The defendants 4 to 8 admitted the claim of the plaintiff and also filed the statement. Now, it is posted for payment of Court fee. This petitioners remained exparte in the suit. In view of the above said, preliminary decree was passed and final decree proceedings have also been initiated in I.A.No.5 of 2022. Now it is stated to be pending for payment of Court fee by the defendants. 2/4

3.In view of the above said, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the final decree process within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
