ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner's husband was working as Laboratory Assistant. He passed away on 24.12.2008, while in service. The petitioner has given an application seeking compassionate appointment for his son. In this regard, the second respondent has issued proceedings dated 17.11.2017, calling upon the third respondent to pass orders in accordance with law.

4.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to take decision one way or the other. The third respondent shall pass orders with regard to the petitioner's son Nakkeeran on compassionate grounds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law on or before 30.05.2018.
