Respondent/Petitioner Prayer :- This Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time for a further period of 3 months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Honble High Court by its order dt.7/9/2022 made in Crl.OP (MD)No.15743/2022.
Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.15746 of 2022 Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 fo Cr.P.C. praying to change the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2022 from the second respondent police to the third respondent police CBCID police and to direct the third respondent to constitute a special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate and file a final report within a time frame fixed by the this Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.. B.Nambiselvan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioners and this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15743 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022 by this Court to another three months to file final report before the jurisdictional Court.

CRL MP(MD). No.5189 of 2023 the petitioners submitted that 54 witnesses have been examined so far and hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3.Considering the above submission, the second petitioner is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.58 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
