ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the workman seeking to implement the order passed by the authority on 12.08.2020 conferring permanent status upon the workman.

2. Considering the dismissal of W.P(MD)No.22646 of 2022, the Management is directed to implement the orders of the first respondent, dated 12.08.2020, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of on the above said terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
