For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 15/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 148, 294(b), 324, 326 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, have filed this petition for anticipatory bail.
3. The defacto complainant alleges that when he took part in the funeral ceremony of his uncle, the petitioners herein along with A1 assaulted him severely. In the process, five of his teeth fell off. The first accused is still absconding.

4.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioners belongs to narikuravar community. They may not even be not in a position to offer sureties.
5. Taking note of these aspects, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on their own bond to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District. There is no need for the petitioners to execute sureties and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
