RESPONDENT/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP (MD)No.21998/2022 dt.13/12/2022 in Crime No.822/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVANAYAGAM D, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21998 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21998 of 2022, is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2619 of 2023 modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
