This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to send a report with regard to the issuance of exit permit to the petitioner and her two children by implementing the order passed by the Principal Secretary to Government Public (Fors II) Department, in letter No.5114/2017-1, Public (Fors-II) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 dated 28.04.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a citizen of Srilanka and she came to India

along with her family members as refugee and now, she wants to go back to Srilanka, to see her ailing mother and hence she has already submitted an application before the Principal Secretary to Government Public (Fors II)Department and the same was considered and an order was also issued. He would further submit that the first respondent has forwarded the said communication to the second respondent for verification and issuing appropriate orders, but, so far the second respondent has not passed any order. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the petitioner has to submit an application in a prescribed format furnishing necessary particulars and Only on submitting such application before the first respondent, the first respondent shall process the application and pass necessary orders. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit an application before the first respondent in a prescribed format by furnishing necessary particulars on or before 30.01.2018. On submitting such application, the first respondent shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months, thereafter.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
