ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that taking into account the number of previous cases which ended in acquittal as against the petitioner who is a senior citizen, the second respondent is consistently harassing the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that even now 6 criminal cases are pending as against the petition and the petitioner is a history sheeter. It is the duty of the police to keep a watch on the history sheeters.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court finds no harassment to the petitioner in the hands of the second respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
